Education, Annual Conferences and Trade Shows
- Produce and manage educational programs, seminars, workshops and annual conferences which include the following:
- Participate in site selection and negotiate meeting contract with hotel property.
- Assist in developing education program planning social events and establishing fees.
- Secure top name speakers and entertainment.
- Publish and mail seminar/conference brochure and registration forms and provide appropriate follow-up.
- Obtain awards for member recognition.
- Assist in securing sponsors for special events.
- Process registration and produce name badges, registration packets and program.
- Provide on-site management
- Produce all aspects of association’s annual trade show or exhibition.
